Developing 3 tiny homes to be placed behind our new office, creating a tiny home village. Residents will benefit from the community space and garden.

Central Fresno Neighborhood Trust (CFNT)

For its Phase I, CFNT intends to acquire, rehab, and manage 50 residential units in the neighborhood by December 2024 all for residents at 30 - 80% AMI. The goal is for CFNT Phase I to establish the infrastructure for further expansion in geographic scope, scale, and priorities.

Home Ownership

Renovation of 3 homes have been completed. Each of these homes had been rentals for decades and had fallen into disrepair, not habitable living conditions. These homes have been renovated and provide families with quality, affordable homes in their community.
