The Lowell Community Development Corporation & Downtown Fresno Foundation present the 2nd Annual Lowell Historic Home Tour!
MAY 11, 2019 4:30-7pm
The Lowell Neighborhood is one of Fresno’s first subdivisions, dating back to the late 1800’s and features a collection of mansions, mid-sized homes, bungalow courts, and apartments. Many historically significant buildings remain intact in the neighborhood with recently completed infill and rehab projects within the district.
Each of these homes was built at the turn of the century and each have a unique architectural style that has been preserved through the love and care of their homeowners. Come learn about these historic houses; the uses and abuses they have experienced over the past 100+ years and the renovation/restoration work that have made them into the beautiful homes they are today.
With your ticket purchase you will receive:
•A guided tour of four historic homes
•Appetizers and drinks along the way
•A Lowell Neighborhood dining guide
Proceeds from this event will directly benefit the community work of the Lowell CDC.

Our Banner party celebrated the artists and the new art here in Lowell. We gathered at Van Ness and Voorman; the sight of a banner authored by Janyia! We are so proud of our young artists and hope to see many more in the future!
Each banner will feature hand-crafted artwork from children of the neighborhood with a welcome message in Spanish and English. It is our hope that these high-quality, colorful banners will add to the vibrancy of the Lowell neighborhood, and give a welcoming impression to residents and newcomers alike.
